Fieldfresh Foods delivers food that is safe to eat meeting all Food Safety and Quality Industry Standards.  The Fieldfresh Foods high-care facility is centrally situated to ensure ease of product delivery to clients.

FIELDFRESH VEG

Fieldfresh Veg provides customers with a year-round supply of baby vegetables.

Fieldfresh Veg has a unique range of specialized and exotic veg sourced throughout the southern parts of Africa including sugar snap peas, mange tout, baby corn, sprouting broccoli, chicory and much more.

With Fieldfresh Veg we aim to have all baby vegetables available throughout the year.

Our food and risk assessment methodology is that of the Hazard Analysis and
Control Points (HACCP) standard. This means that there is a systematic and preventative approach in food processing, mitigating risks from biological, chemical and physical hazards practices. HACCP can only be implemented once a foundation has been secured, this foundation would consist of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) also known as a pre-Requisite programs (PRP).
